The product is made from cocoa rich in polyphenols varieties, specifically fermented, noon-alkalized processing, undergoing a low-temperature baking method in order to  preserve the maximum amount of cocoa flavanols, effective to lower down blood pressure and rich in antioxidant effects, flavanols is both healthy and nutritional and it’s a health ichiban.
